The time period during which an annuity is being 'built up' is called the accumulation phase and the calculator for doing those computations is located here.

When you retire and you start receiving payouts, the annuity has entered its annuitization phase and the computations for that phase can be done on this page.

There are several ways in which an annuity may be paid out, the most common of which is the systematic withdrawal schedule. Under this payout system, the principal continues to earn interest until the balance reaches zero. You (or whoever is in charge of your annuity) compute the annual (or monthly) payment you will receive. Most importantly, you must decide how long the annuity payments are to continue because you don't want to 'outlive' the annuity.

The annuity payout calculator allows you the option of solving for any of 4 variables.
• Click on the variable you want to solve
• Input the other 3 numbers
• Click on the 'CALCULATE' button
• the answer is then displayed

The Chiefs are the favorites at +600, followed by the Packers at +1000. Both of these teams at the top are no-brainers, as they each currently have a shot to win it all this season. As long as Patrick Mahomes and Aaron Rodgers remain healthy, the Chiefs and Packers will be at the top of the odds board going into next season.

The Bills, also in the midst of their own Super Bowl push, have the same odds as the Packers at +1000. The Bills are a rising, young team and should be bringing back all their key pieces for next season.

As mentioned above, two teams that really jump out on this list are the Patriots and Jaguars. Just one full season after Tom Brady left New England, the Patriots went from perennial Super Bowl favorites to championship long shot.

With a new quarterback in Trevor Lawrence -- that's all but a given -- and a new big-name coach in Urban Meyer, the Jaguars could be a trendy Super Bowl pick at +5000. Jacksonville is probably overvalued, but the love for Lawrence and Meyer will likely draw some people into betting the Jaguars at that number.

Seeing the Patriots as title longshots is something that hasn't happened in two decades. Bill Belichick's team comes in behind the Jaguars to win Super Bowl LVI at +6000. Yes, you read that correctly. Life comes at you fast in sports, especially without Brady.

However, don't expect Belichick to enter another season with no answer at the quarterback position. While we don't know who will be under center for the Patriots next year, the expectation is it won't be a declining Cam Newton. When you factor in an upgrade at quarterback and eight key players returning after opting out before the start of this season, there's some early value on the Patriots at 60-1.

Lastly, the two-win New York Jets come in at +10000 to win it all. They have a long way to go before being real contenders, but the Deshaun Watson-to-the-Jets rumor mill is heating up. If New York were to swing that deal, look for the odds to shorten considerably before the new season begins.
